Please note:

• Guests are only permitted whilst playing with at least one OGC member
• Guests are currently permitted on our profiled courses Monday – Sunday where stated on the Book a Tee page
• Guest bookings can only be requested 5 days in advance of the date/time required
• Each member initially will be entitled to 6 guests a year
• Guest Fees are payable either on the site where fees are requested, or directly at the course at the OGC preferred rate
• No one guest can play as a guest more than 5 times
• The playing OGC member is responsible for the guest adhering to applicable OGC terms and conditions on the day AND the courses terms and conditions.
• Other OGC members will still be entitled to join tees where there are guests and availability
• Handicap restrictions on existing courses will apply
• Abuse of the guest policy will result in appropriate disciplinary action
